Agreement

By using this website or downloading a Missing Mac Features application, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the website or software.

Software license

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use each application you download for its intended purpose on Macs you control. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, reverse engineer, or use the software to build a competing product, except where applicable law permits.

Free features may be used without payment. Pro features require a valid license for the specific application. A WindowBar Pro license unlocks WindowBar only; licenses for other Missing Mac Features applications are separate unless their product page says otherwise.

Purchases and license keys

Paid purchases are processed by Dodo Payments. Dodo may provide a license key after a successful purchase and may limit activations according to the product’s stated terms. License keys may be disabled when a purchase is refunded, reversed, or found to involve fraud or misuse.

You are responsible for keeping your license key private and for using it only as allowed by the applicable product. If you have an activation problem, contact us at vaibhav@aayutech.in.

Updates and availability

We may release updates, discontinue features, or stop supporting older macOS versions. We will make reasonable efforts to keep download links and paid features available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Acceptable use

You must comply with applicable law and Apple’s software requirements when using our applications. Do not use them to interfere with another person’s device, bypass a license, or access information you are not authorized to access.

Disclaimer and liability

The website and software are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties that the software will be error-free or meet every specific need. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or software.

Changes

We may update these terms as the website and applications evolve. The latest version will be posted on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
